Empowering Mental Well-being, Online & Peer-Led

Impact Mental Health is a peer-led Community Interest Company dedicated to providing transformative mental health courses, training, and support.

We specialise in uniquely designed online programmes, helping individuals facing health and well-being challenges to improve their mental, physical, social, professional, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

Our programmes empower you to take control of your well-being journey. Through a variety of tools, achievable goal planning, and our vital online peer support network, we help you gain confidence and significantly enhance your quality of life. For employers, this translates to reduced absenteeism due to stress and mental ill health, resulting in significant cost savings and improved employee performance, productivity, and engagement by fostering a culture of thriving.

Our skilled Peer Facilitators guide you every step of the way, focusing on personalised well-being and personal growth solutions that enhance your path towards total well-being. We also offer online Workplace Mental Health Well-being Support and Training Services for employers, alongside virtual mental health peer support sessions for employees and online Organisation Health & Well-being Events.
