Menopause Course For September Now Open For Enrolment

Every woman’s experience is unique, and there is no one right way to feel about menopause. What matters most is how we choose to embrace this new phase of our lives.

Impact is back for the autumn and winter term, we begin with our successful and  empowering Unlock Menopause course.

We know that many women who are struggling to manage symptoms of perimenopause and menopause are often juggling working full time, caring for families as well as trying to navigate the overwhelming changes happening to our bodies.

That’s why we offer flexible learning at Impact.

There’s no doubt that the more sessions you attend the more benefits you will gain.

However, for those of you who just can’t manage each of the six sessions, we have self-study options and online one-to-one support to help ensure you gain a full understanding of what you can do to begin managing menopausal symptoms, changing the ‘negative’ attitude towards menopause and learning how to embrace and enjoy this time in your life.

Contact us to see how we can help you, or enrol online and join us for a relaxed and enlightening journey, exploring facts, myths, management of symptoms, and learning how to claim back confidence, hope, health and happiness.

Do not become alarmed when you experience yourself in totally new ways,” sighs Grandmother Growth tenderly. “You are changing, getting ready to be initiated into the third stage of your life. Are you ready for the ride of your life?
