Our mission is to work in partnership with service users to deliver their views and acting as consultants to provide information in which to support the positive change in the provision of all mental health services. We achieve this by:
- Employing individuals who have or continue to experience mental ill health; and by providing effective leadership, guidance, unique support and development systems for our employees.
- Encouraging and supporting service users to be actively and meaningfully involved in the development, planning and evaluation of mental health services provided by the statutory, independent and voluntary sector.
- Creating a two-way channel of information to be shared within the mental health community on regional and national issues impacting on local mental health care provision.
