The Impact Unlock Courses have been designed to educate & support people who are struggling with specific areas in their lives, which are affecting the quality of their health & mental wellbeing and happiness, such as Covid-19, Menopause & Mens Health.
The course will assist and enable people to gain a better understanding of their struggles, whilst learning wellbeing improvement practices, and engaging positively with others experiencing similar struggles. Unlock courses helped to build healthy self-support strategies and put into practice new ways of managing distressing, demotivating or negative thoughts and feelings.
Unlock Courses are delivered over four days, usually one day a week, please check individual courses for dates. All course times are from 09.30 to 14.30 with plenty of breaks.
You can expect interesting and lively learning around rebuilding healthy self-support strategies with topical discussions, activities, fun and a great range of self-care wellbeing practices to choose from to help with your own wellbeing journey.

This course is free to residents in Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough.
