The Unlock YOU Course has been designed to support people who have or continue to struggle with the social, motivational, physical and mental impact that Covid-19 and Lockdown has had on our lives.
The course will assist and enable people to learn wellbeing practices, engage with others experiencing similar struggles, build healthy self-support strategies and put into practice new ways of managing distressing, demotivating or negative thoughts and feelings, whilst learning how to reconnect with others and ourselves.
Unlock YOU is delivered over four days, usually one day a week, from 09.30 to 14.30 with plenty of breaks.
You can expect interesting and lively learning around rebuilding healthy self-support strategies with topical discussions, activities and a great range of self-care wellbeing practices to choose from to help with your own wellbeing journey.
