YOUR Choice is delivered two days a week over four weeks.

You can expect lively and sensitive discussions, science-backed wellbeing activities and practices, practical information and activities to support your new learning, through compassionate teaching, peer support, respect and fun.  

YOUR Choice is a natural stepping stone from one of our shorter courses to further support new learning to improve mental wellbeing. It can also be accessed on its own for those who are ready and willing to learn all they can to help themselves improve their mental wellbeing.

If you feel you need to make significant changes to have the kind of life you really want, you will learn a great deal by attending the empowering and enlightening YOUR Choice.

When do the courses run?

They run over 2 days per week for 4 weeks from 9.30pm to 2.30pm and are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

How do I register or enrol?

What do I need to take part in the course?

All our courses are run online using Zoom, so you’ll need an internet connection, laptop or PC, or a tablet like an iPad or Android or you can even join on a smart phone. Our facilitators and volunteers will be available to help if needed.
