A four-day mental health and wellbeing programme for people who want to feel more in control, build confidence and move forward.
Sometimes life becomes difficult to manage.
You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, low in confidence, or simply stuck. Perhaps something has happened in your life that has knocked you off course. Or maybe you know that something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure where to begin.
The YOU Programme helps you understand yourself better, learn practical ways to manage your thoughts and emotions, and start making positive changes that can improve your everyday life.
You don’t need to have a mental health diagnosis to take part. You just need to feel like things could be different.
What Is The YOU Programme?
The YOU Programme is a supportive, practical learning programme delivered over four live online sessions.
We’ll explore how our minds work, how thoughts and emotions can affect the way we respond to life, and how we can build greater awareness and control.
We’ll also look at fear, decision-making, habits, change and wellbeing, while introducing practical tools and approaches that you can use in everyday life.
The programme is about understanding, learning and doing, not simply talking about problems.
You’ll have opportunities to reflect, learn from others and try out different wellbeing practices, while deciding for yourself what feels useful and right for you.
