Unlock Menopause

The Unlock Menopause course has been designed to empower, enable and educate those who want to better understand and manage symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.

What Is The Unlock Menopause Course?

There’s no single way to experience menopause. What’s most important is how we welcome this evolving stage of our lives.

Menopause is a natural transition, and how we navigate it profoundly shapes our well-being. The Unlock Menopause course provides compassionate guidance and practical tools for women seeking to understand and manage the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. This positive well-being and peer support programme empowers participants with evidence-based strategies, fostering confidence and enabling them to make transformative changes for a higher quality of health and life.

Is This For ME?

Whatever you are experiencing, mentally, emotionally or physically, this course has been designed to help you find ways of managing your health, happiness and wellbeing.

You don’t have to be seeing a mental health professional to benefit from attending one of our Unlock Menopause Courses.

Many people who attend our Unlock Menopause Course are struggling to manage a variety of life challenges made difficult by menopausal symptoms, such as

  • Home life & pressures
  • Work pressures & responsibilities
  • Loss & bereavement
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Unemployment
  • Career changes
  • Existing mental &/or physical ill health
  • Covid-19
  • and many other problems that are affecting your quality of living and your overall health.

Unlocking the taboo, myths and negativity around Menopause really can help you to regain focus, embrace hope and start enjoying life in a new way!

We know that many women who are struggling to manage symptoms of perimenopause and menopause are often juggling working full time, caring for families as well as trying to navigate the overwhelming changes happening to our bodies.

That’s why we offer flexible learning at Impact.

For those of you who just can’t manage each of the six sessions, we have self-study options in addition to online one-to-one support to help ensure you gain a full understanding of what you can do to begin managing menopausal symptoms, changing the ‘negative’ towards menopause and learning how to embrace and enjoy this time in your life.

Who Are Impact?

At Impact, we all have personal experiences and understanding of how overwhelming it can feel not knowing where to turn for help, especially when it feels like no one understands the struggles and challenges of everyday simple tasks caused by a never ending stream of menopausal symptoms that can significantly impact on our coping abilities.

We are women who have or who are experiencing change brought about from Menopause.

Add our personal experience of menopause and previous mental ill health to our professional experience in teaching, education, mental wellbeing, mindfulness and lifestyle change, and we believe this course will provide you with an opportunity to safely share your experiences, discuss and learn from us what practices can help you to manage symptoms, as well as rebuilding your ability to cope with the menopausal transition.

Do not become alarmed when you experience yourself in totally new ways,” sighs Grandmother Growth tenderly.

“You are changing, getting ready to be initiated into the third stage of your life.

Are you ready for the ride of your life?
