YOUR Choice is delivered two days a week over four weeks.

You can expect lively and sensitive discussions, science-backed wellbeing activities and practices, practical information and activities to support your new learning, through compassionate teaching, peer support, respect and fun.  

YOUR Choice is a natural stepping stone from one of our shorter courses to further support new learning to improve mental wellbeing. It can also be accessed on its own for those who are ready and willing to learn all they can to help themselves improve their mental wellbeing.

This course is a powerful Mind Management journey, exploring many areas in support of creating healthier mental wellbeing, backed up by science to support effective change in the management of your thoughts & emotions.

We know that many people  who are struggling to manage their mental health are often juggling working full time, or caring for families.

That’s why we offer flexible learning at Impact.

For those of you who just can’t manage to attend each of the eight sessions, we have self-study options in addition to online one-to-one support to help ensure you gain a full understanding of what you can do to begin managing your thinking, emotions and behaviours.

All mental wellbeing courses are free to residents of Central Bedfordshire, Bedford Borough or Hertfordshire and are held online with live video sessions.

We are pleased to deliver our courses on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council, Hertfordshire Council and Step2Skills who provide us with the necessary funding.

Our courses are designed to help with well being and to support you in gaining skills which are relevant to the needs of employers in our area.

The courses which we deliver are included in Central Bedfordshire Council’s programme of courses which can be found here and in the Step2Skills programme which cam be found here (courses are free of charge, subject to eligibility criteria)
