Me In Mind is a training and support programme for people struggling to manage their mental wellbeing but too busy working during the day to attend a YOU programme.
The session takes place over two evenings, three hours each and covers all of the Impact tools and techniques to help people experiencing stress, low moods, unhealthy lifestyle choices, depression and anxiety.
